What led you to chiropractic?

Ever since I was young, starting around middle school, I had suffered from debilitating migraine headaches. Sometimes I would get them as frequent as 2-3 times a week, lasting up to 24 hours at a time. I took many trips to the doctor in hopes of finding some relief, but after consistent conclusions chalked-up to sinus infections or recommendations of antibiotics and pain medications, I decided to take a different route for my health. After some in-depth research, I found a local chiropractor who opened my eyes on a completely different approach to my health. After a few adjustments, the severity and frequency of my migraines substantially decreased! Realizing that healing comes from within the body, and chiropractic allows the body to function at full capacity to heal better, has since led me to this amazing and fulfilling career.

Who are your favorite sports teams?

Although I am an Iowan now, I am still a Wisconsinite at heart. Go Bucks, Brewers, and Packers!

What is your favorite meal to cook?

My favorite food to cook is Half-Baked Harvest’s ‘Creamy butternut squash alla vodka pasta with crispy prosciutto’. It’s so comforting and a great twist on traditional vodka sauce!
